When luxury meets brutalism.

In a world where Explorer Yachts often come across as heavy and difficult to maneuver, Atla Yachts set out to create something elegant and easily propelled. It would have all the features one would expect from a large yacht but in a smaller format.

To succeed with such a task design director Ted Mannerfelt of the family business Mannerfelt Design Team partnered up with the Dutch shipyard, Zwijnenburg Yachting. This fusion of experience blends the elegance of Scandinavian design with Dutch engineering precision.

Likewise, the brand identity reflects the core principles of Atla Yachts’ design ethos. The logotype, which lends geometric elements from the yacht itself, symbolizes the fusion of form and function. Coupled with the unadorned shapes of the Atla typography, it conveys a poised, unrefined, and enduring expression. Complemented by a colour palette that evokes adventure, resilience, and comfort, the brand embodies the essence of premium Scandinavian design.
